A sound bath is a calming experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various musical instruments. The purpose is to create a meditative and relaxing environment that can help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and foster a sense of well-being.
Accompanying her voice with singing bowls, a hand pan, ocean drum, flutes and other gentle instruments, Irene Feher will perform a sound bath with the intention of bringing you into a restful calm state.
