Sound Baths
A sound bath is a calming experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various musical instruments. The purpose is to create a meditative and relaxing environment that can help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and foster a sense of well-being.

My practice of Sound baths and vocal toning has greatly improved my sense of well being, and I am thrilled to be sharing it with others.
Accompanying my voice with singing bowls, a hand pan, ocean drum, flutes and other gentle instruments, I will perform a sound bath with the intention of bringing you into a restful calm state.

To have the best experience for yourself and others around you we ask the following:

Bring your yoga mat. Seats will also be provided.

Bring a blanket or jacket to keep yourself cozy and warm

Bring water to stay hydrated

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before so you can make yourself comfortable before the sound bath begins.

Please silence your phone and any devices you have with you.

Allow time in your schedule to stay for the full 45-minutes, and then allow yourself another 5-10 minutes of additional time afterwards so you can leave the space slowly and retain your state of calm.
