Sound Baths

A sound bath is a calming experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various musical instruments. The purpose is to create a meditative and relaxing environment that can help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and foster a sense of well-being.

Inner Self-Care

My practice of Sound baths and vocal toning has greatly improved my sense of well being, and I am thrilled to be sharing it with others. 

 

Accompanying my voice with singing bowls, a hand pan, ocean drum, flutes and other gentle instruments, I will perform a sound bath with the intention of bringing you into a restful calm state.

Upcoming Sessions

To have the best experience for yourself and others around you we ask the following:
  • Bring your yoga mat. Seats will also be provided.

  • Bring a blanket or jacket to keep yourself cozy and warm

  • Bring water to stay hydrated

  • Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before so you can make yourself comfortable before the sound bath begins.

  • Please silence your phone and any devices you have with you.

  • Allow time in your schedule to stay for the full 45-minutes, and then allow yourself another 5-10 minutes of additional time afterwards so you can leave the space slowly and retain your state of calm.
