About The Event
Following the philosophy of the Bill of Musical Rights (David Darling) we aim to create a space where musicians of all levels and backgrounds can come together and create music from the heart.
In this facilitated group class players learn to improvise using techniques developed by Music for People. No two sessions are the same because the music that emerges is from the collective of all those present. We play at the edge of delightful chaos, but gradually trepidation transforms into inspired collaboration.
All instruments are welcome! Bring your instrument(s) of choice. If you don’t have an instrument, percussion instruments are provided. One piano is also available.
